We are looking for a Human Resources Officer who can multi task and provide support on a range of Human Resources tasks.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the recruitment process.
- Actively involve in bulk recruitment and Head Office vacancies.
- Onboarding and Orientating new employees.
- Preparing Monthly reports.
- Supporting in the development and implementing of HR initiatives
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Assisting the Human Resources Coordinator with the administration of HR systems and process as required.
