- To coordinate with Government agencies on all matters assigned to him by the Government relations unit head.
- To respond to inquiries from government representatives about the company and its operations, under the Direct Manager directions.
- To facilitate the communications between the company and Government agencies and support company employees in Government formalities and communications.
- To follow up and maintain contact with government agencies / offices regarding current status of company requests or documents.
- To continuously promote company image, protect its assets and interests and strengthen its relations with the Government.
- To maintain a proper documentation of all activities and tasks with governmental agencies for future reference when needed.
- To visit sites in case of any emergency at the company.
