Job Title: Sr. Site Architect

Team: Asst RE, Sr. Interiors Architect, Site Architects & Site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the execution of architecturally/aesthetically sensitive aspects of the project.
  • Comment on shop drawings from the point of view of sizes; colours, arrangements; fits and proportions; quality of finishing works; and the wide range of building materials to be used in the project.
  • Review and comment on Contractor’s shop drawings for details at specific locations and give guidance on visual and architectural quality of submittals.
  • Assist and advise on the evaluation and approval of mock-ups; materials; colour and finishes covering the entire range of architectural elements and products specified in the drawings and specifications.
  • Oversee the Contractor’s work at site through the Site Architect and Architectural Inspectors.
