Job Title: Sr. Analyst (Investment)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations and present investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and close documentation.
- Monitor/ follow up portfolio companies.
- Advise on post investment and exit strategies.
- Conduct due diligence and present results.
- Supervise and lead junior analysts.
- Exposure to deal environment and exclusive experience in:
- Private equity/ direct investment transaction.
- Financial analysis and modeling.
- Valuation.
- Negotiation/ documentation and/or scrutinizing.
- Conducting/due diligence.
