• Communicate with suppliers to get quotations, item sample for approval.
• Prepare purchase orders and send to the cycle for management approval.
• Once the PO is approved communicate with supplier to arrange the delivery until the stocks is received in warehouse.
• Coordinate with warehouse receiving to follow and resolve any discrepancy between LPO and invoice.
• Follow up on missing items and out of stocks items.
• Prepare the monthly purchase orders reports.
• Prepare and maintain the fillings of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier quotations, approved product sample form.
• Initiate and follow up returns to suppliers to ensure accurate credit notes are issued.
