Job Purpose: To manage the day-to-day operational activities of one or more restaurant units to achieve the financial and other business objectives
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve the agreed financial targets for the brand in addition to maximizing the net profits.
- Manage the cost of good costs, restaurant supplies and other items to ensure profitability
- Ensure that all reporting & control procedures in the operations are completed & in place according to company’s policies and regulations.
- Contribute to the development of brand strategy and aligning operational activities with brand strategies.
- Ensure that all required and necessary procedures for standard guest service, quality of production, Hygiene & Cleanliness standards, maintenance & general administration are being followed and adhered to by all employees.
- Maintain high quality products by ensuring compliance with all operations procedures.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, product quality and professional atmosphere
- Maintains the customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred the customers.
- Develop & test new products and services and market these effectively with appropriate marketing communications plans.
- Conduct various analysis as and required regarding product pricing, food quality, space utilization and market/competitor business trends.
- Manage the expansion of brand operations within/outside the country and ensure that the food quality, taste and service of the brand are delivered as per the defined standard.
- Implement a comprehensive marketing plan on a yearly basis in coordination with the marketing department.
- Ensure the quality of marketing communications plans and the successful delivery of it through different channels which may include advertisements, social media campaigns, newspaper and etc.
- Enforce & support all training & development plans for all staff under his supervision as per company’s policy.
- Maintain a professional working relationship with all the staffs and the entire management team.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations of all employees and keep detailed records of all employees performance related interactions.
- Ensure that safe food & beverages are served with highest level of quality service and standards with zero defect in food.
