Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead a team of technical/manual staff and maintain harmoniuos working relationship.
- Interpret instructions and related info. into meaningful & accurate work directives, drawings and guidelines.
- Plan & schedule labor material and equipment efficiently and within set time frames.
- Maintain effective lines of comunication between the implementation and execution functions.
- Maintain & enforce a safe working environment
- Maintain client satisfaction
- Experience in handling a fleet that includes but not limited to trailers, stackers, forklifts etc., specialization in troubleshooting and maintenance of crawler cranes (TADANO and GROVE).
