- Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labor allocation for day to day operations.
· Preparing competitive and acceptable commercial and technical offers based on the RFQs/tenders received from KOC, KNPC, local contractors, etc
· Provides direction and leadership to the team to achieve high quality, productivity and safety standards.
· Insures compliance to production schedules, process quality, efficiency standards, budget, inventory and data reporting.
· Responsible for maintaining adequate supply of workshop supplies and materials. Assures proper maintenance of equipment, tools and housekeeping. Performs other duties as assigned .
· Promote a Health and Safety culture within the business .
· Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Ensures project(s) are completed safely, on time, on budget and to client specifications and satisfaction.
· Provide feedback to staff that are not performing to the expected level and ensure human resources are informed of trends in performance.
