• Execution of civil & structural works in accordance with standards drawings & project schedule.
• Overall supervision of subcontractor activities.
• Reporting of construction progress to planning.
• Conduct site meetings with subcontractor & concerned parties.
• Experience real estate construction for commercial/ residential projects.
• Coordinate and deal with the engineering companies (third parties) to get new projects/sites.
• Study the new deals/projects conduct feasibility study.
• Preparing & present the report to the management on project profitability.
