Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers in their specific enquiries
- Creates further interest in the company’s products and services by inviting customers services offered or required product
- Provides a high level of personalized customer services
- Updates databases with changes and status of each customer or prospective customer
- Arrange the dispatch of the company’s products and services, information kits or brochures to clients and interested parties
- Follow up client calls, files paper works, does credit reference checks and liaise with other departments
- May require to do outbound calls as directed by the Call Center Manager and per Business need.
- Follow all the policies and the procedures as set by the company.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the manager according to business requirements
