Job Purpose
To support the Talent Acquisition team by administering talent acquisition programs and initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Administer Social Media and Recruitment e-tools, such as LinkedIn, to develop passive sourcing pipeline and reduce dependency on agency placements.
- Follow best practices that drive a positive candidate experience and promote a consistent and effective AI brand.
- Participate in Job Fairs to represent AI.
- Develop strategies to drive Kuwaitization.
- Administer talent acquisition programs initiatives and ensure their effectiveness.
- Manage the offer negotiations, preparation of offer letter and onboarding of the selected candidate.
