- Recording of supplier invoices in GP system.
- Prepare and process accounts payable checks, transfers and cash payments.
- Prepare weekly accounts payables aging analysis, commenting on exceptional items.
- Conducting and assist inventory count on monthly basis.
- Maintaining cash float of finance department.
- Tracing/recording all Home Owner Services related utility bills and submitting report to operational department.
- Inventory cost analysis and preparation of journal entries.
- Check suppliers' invoices against attached purchase order and other supporting documents.
- Ensure that all accounts payable related documents are filed under an adequate filling system.
- Other tasks as assigned by Chief Accountant or Director of Finance
