JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify new business areas
- Evaluate current business performance.
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching automotive industry locally and internationally and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Design marketing campaigns and effective targeting of the appropriate customer demographics.
- Build long-term relationships with new, existing and potential customers.
- Draft and review sales contracts.
- Develop a growth strategy.
- Represent TOP at trade association meetings in Kuwait
- Work closely with various OEMS (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
- Obtain required municipality approvals in order to facilitate running of new schemes
- create a schedule of promotions.
- Design Social Media campaigns and promote e-business.
- Report competitor's promotion activity.
- Gather market intelligence.
- Pricing matrix Tabulation..
- Coordinate new TOP projects.
- Identify and accomplish statutory government regulations in Arabic.
- Prepare the SWOT analysis .
- Participate in outdoor displays for TOP Product launches and other corporate events.
- Oversee the implementation of ISO standards in TOP.
