Construction and Maintenance Supervisor supervises the routine maintenance work at sites of Al Sayer Group Affiliates and personal premises of Board Members. His responsibilities includes:
- Operational:
1. Assign tasks to technical staff as per the daily maintenance schedule or upon the request from the internal customer.
2. Design the requested item on AutoCAD after checking requirements from the customer and prepare Bill of Quantity upon approval from Senior Group Manager, Construction and Maintenance.
3. Follow-up on the quotations from Contractors and material arrangement.
4. Supervise work site till Project completion.
5. Maintain routine maintenance report.
6. Check and verify credit and petty cash invoices for management approvals.
- People Management:
1. Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance to policies and procedures.
2. Check employee attendance and report absence and attendance exceptions, prepare annual leave plan for employees and overtime sheets on SAP for management approval.
3. Explain and advise staff on Group policy and quality standards and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
4. Provide on the job training and coaching to staff and provide information and necessary material to staff to carry out the jobs.
5. Receive grievances raised by subordinates and promptly escalate such grievances to management.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
- Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
