Scope:
- Manage the operations of the Workshop for the execution of all jobs as per customers’ requirements.
- Do planning & check on raw materials /spare parts/ consumables for all Jobs.
- Able to interface with customers/sales officers and coordinate with a shop on job requirements and execution.
- Ability to monitor, control, and report
- Have knowledge of SO 9001:2000 in a Workshop/Manufacturing Unit with Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
Prerequisites:
- Sufficient knowledge and experience in handling workshops having machining, welding, and assembly operations related to Hydraulics/ Oil field hydraulic equipment’s
- Having basic knowledge in hydraulics/electroplating operations would be preferred.
- Review and prepare cost estimation for all Jobs based on Inspection.
- Must be a learner and able to adapt to different situations related to the workshop work process.
- Ability to develop new processes/ operations based on market conditions.
- Energetic and with good initiative and drive with both people and technical skills
