Responsibilities & Job Desc:
- Responsible to forecast quantity to order by evaluating the stock level and demand history.
- Conduct pricing comparison versus competitors.
- Receive supplier offers and assesses vendors' prices to determine targeted buying costs.
- Improve relationship with suppliers.
- Place and release purchase orders to suppliers.
- Report to Purchasing Supervisor, the slow-moving items and items close to expiry items.
- Implement standard operating procedures
