- Track and report on the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans.
- Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
- Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and social media accounts. Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including suppliers, printer’s designers and partner organizations.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
- Organizes and attends company-wide and marketing events. Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and seminars.
- Assists in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships.
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the appropriate media, to achieve marketing objectives.
- Writing and proofreading copy.
- Organizing photo shoots.
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
