-Ensure accurate processing of Retail branches transactions.
-Ensure client service charges are calculated and charged appropriately.
-Ensure information against documentation are accurately verified.
-Ensure remittances and/or settlement of are implemented accurately.
-Ensure all types of account opening documentations are checked properly.
-Ensure all system entries are correct and complete.
-Ensure requirements for new account opening / Modification of account information are satisfied.
-Ensure adequate protection is practiced on all transactions particularly for dormant account, the Release / Set Stop / Block, reactivation of closed CIF.
