-Ensure prompt and efficient customer service as per prescribed service standards.
-Point customer contact for all customer concerns.
-Printing of reports for the past due cards.
-Contact delinquent customers.
-Contact with Branches, Credit and Legal Departments.
-Contact with other Banks for non CBK Customers.
-Request related Department/Branch to update the card status.
-Request related Department/Branch to affect payment transactions.
-Raise Legal action for three month past due cards.
-Retrieve from system reports of past due customers.
-Send warning letters to customers.
-Audit recommendations to be implemented and recurrence avoided.
-Affect payment transactions for Card repayment.
-File documents in the customers file.
