About the job
We are looking for an experienced maintenance manager with a strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Grow an existing team and build their skill sets
- Track and manage KPIs of teams and individuals
- Assess team members periodically and take appropriate action
- Manage inventory and forecast future material needs
- Approach suppliers, get quotation and buy materials
- Conduct pricing analysis on services and materials
- Build and train a team for VRV/VRF systems (must have strong knowledge of VRF systems)
- Able to recruit technicians for AC, Electrical, Appliances and Plumbing.
