Job description:
To recruit and manage a customer portfolio. Help customers achieve their goals and build a strong relationship with them.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
Recruit and convince new customers to join and subscribe to our services and upgrade their accounts.
- Portfolio management:
- Managing a portfolio of several customers and address their problems and help them achieve their goals.
- Reduce churn and increase customer's overall LTV.
- Customer support:
Assisting customers with any issues related to their work through our services
- Reports:
CRO must log all info related to their work in an accurate and timely manner and provide management with the reports whenever asked.
