we are looking ti hire an experienced Pastry chef to join us in our business (DONUT SHOP).
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DESSERT AND PASTRY CHEF.
- create and prepare the pastry and dessert items espicaillly for donuts
- prepare ,clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen
- come up with recipe ideas from scratch plan the menu of desserts and pastry.
- ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all items
- oversee a team of junior pastry and desserts cook and other staff member as necessary
- maintain up to date knowledge about pastry and dessert arts and ingredients
- carry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspaace
