Job Summary/Purpose:
Liaise with the client and Agency staff for implementation of advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Present strategies & campaign ideas and concepts to clients to confirm client's requirements and core messages.
- Participate in client briefing sessions, regards day-to-day brand projects, launches and strategic annual plans.
- Prepare research, and manage briefing to creative, internal brainstorming and the preparation of related strategies to be presented to clients.
- Monitor the quality of the material to reach to the best visual and relevant advertising.
- Monitor client's performance to recommend additional conditions for renewal of the contract.
- Approve and oversee all deliverables ensuring that they deliver on-brand, on-strategy.
- Review clients' business and generate new ideas to enhance client performance.
- Coordinate and follow- up with clients to discuss and identify advertising requirements.
- Check media daily for campaigns in newspapers and collect competitor's information.
- Coordinate with the agency and clients to recommend an appropriate advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget.
- Present campaign ideas to the client along with the creative team.
- Maintain clients approval on the minutes of meetings by preparing in terms of duration, cost, etc.
- Oversee account management team in terms briefing the creative team, production and research staff, to assist formulation of marketing strategies.
- Liaise with and act as a link between the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contacts, ensuring effective communication flows.
- Maintain and build effective business relationships with key personnel in various departments and with clients to ensure smooth running of the accounts.
- Update client and GM on progress of all active projects and meetings by preparing and submitting status report (weekly / daily).
- Follow up with clients for estimation approval or modification of advertising requirements and invoices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns.
