- Deliver effective HR transactional services related to employee’s leave, transfer, business travel, salaries, penalties, end of service and contract renewal as per the labor law and the organization’s policies & procedures.
- Oversee and calculate all time in lieu and overtime payments for the employees.
- Process approved leaves (vacation, personal, and sick leave), working hours and compensation of the pay period.
- Implement any employees’ status changes and updated data on a monthly basis (salaries/ Benefits increments, deductions, invoices, etc.) into the Employee List.
- Coordinate with the Administration Supervisor regarding the processing of approved government relations requests by organization, such as licenses, visas, etc.
- Handle all new employees’ requirements starting from finger print, email request and gate pass as well as preparing the employee file and register them in the PIFSS (for Kuwaitis) and Social Affairs (for Non-Kuwaitis).
- Verify timesheet, attendance, hours worked and post information onto designated records.
- Handle all employee requests including salary certificates, leave balance, staff list, attendance reports.
- Make sure all exit processes are completed for exiting employees including preparation of the RTD form, cancel registration in PIFSS and social affairs.
- Follow up on work permit renewals for all employees.
- Handle all requests for visitor badges from Department Heads and communicate the same to security.
