- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating of nursing practice within the Primary Healthcare Center.
- Work toward achieving the individual objectives in order to meet the Department and Organization strategic goals and objectives.
- Prepare work schedules & shifts for Nursing staff
- Conduct daily inspection ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, MOH regulations, infection control and risk management standards.
- Advocate for the best interests of the patient, his/her family and colleagues as appropriate in a culturally safe manner.
- To maintain organizational standards and ensure that all quality indicators are identified and achieved.
- Contribute in the clinical practice excellence.
- Prepare staff professional development plan.
- Participate in the orientation and training of Nursing Staff.
- Prepare reports related to work schedule, consumable and non-consumable items, incidents details, etc. for submission to the Direct Manager
