As such, we are looking for a Cashier to join the Finance team.
As a Cashier within the Finance Division your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Transaction verification, posting IPD & OPD cash deposit to General Ledger.
- Revenue posting for IPD transactions and monthly closing of all Cash Deposit to GL modules
- Reporting of unposted cash deposits and open shifts and cards commission.
- Provide support on pending issues within the department.
- Periodical reconciliation of credit and debit card accounts and uncollected transactions.
- Support on periodical reporting, physical inventory checking and document filing
- Follow up with all income and cash related transactions.
- Maintain Data secrecy and keep cash in safe custody
