Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for the aftersales and technical support of the organization's products and managing assigned tasks to assist the Sales department.
Essential Functions
1. Management of after sales team with responsibility of meeting all internal and external measures
2. Constantly demonstrate a commitment to the management vision and strategies 3. To drive the standard in customer care
4. Monitoring utilization of projects and efficiency of employees
5. Ensuring customer problems are solved quickly
6. Deliver exceptional customer service to a wide range of customers by identifying, meeting and exceeding their expectations
7. Building relationships with suppliers, companies and clients
8. Making sure follow-ups on customers for contract renewals are made
9. Manage the performance of a team of service advisors to deliver profitable, customer focused service
10. Developing programs to attain maximum customer satisfaction
11. Maximize all opportunities to deliver value-added sales
12. Identify new opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business 13. To ensure full compliance with relevant legislative requirements
14. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. Competencies

This is a full-time position, with full day attendance required according to related department office hours.
