- Develop training programs with specific details that include; manuals, visual aids, PowerPoint, etc.
- Provide training programs that stimulate and motivate attendees.
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
- Develop metrics of measuring the effectiveness of training programs, e.g., testing and surveys
- Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs
- Conducts TNA to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
- Coach and mentor employees
- Prepare the yearly training calendar
