Wolf Nutrition is looking for a stewarding Supervisor with prior experience in the Hospitality/FMCG industry.
Preferred candidate must be below 35 years of age, male or female.
- Lead and Supervise the Stewarding Team in all aspects of the department
- Supervise and maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other assigned areas in accordance with the Standards
- Train all Kitchen Stewards & Cleaners
- Ensure all breakages and chipped items are removed from circulation and inventoried for warranty
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is in working order, report any items in need of repair and create an engineering request
- Follow all business policies, procedures and service standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for all
- Ensure Stewarding area is clean at all times i.e. tables, walls, machines etc
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate amount of staff for business levels and functions
- Assisting catering team for set up
