- Provide planning and leadership to the Marketing Department.
- Ensuring all appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet & exceed marketing plan.
- Develop and manage brands through use of all elements of the marketing mix.
- Organize and direct marketing strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programs are reviewed.
- Responsible for preparation, execution of annual marketing strategy, plans and management of agreed budgets.
- Event management (B2B, Digital, Retail).
- Proactively develops and maintains good vendor relationships with key members of the advertising, print and media companies.
