URGENT HIRING
Pick up and drop off of staff to the shop before and after their shift ends.
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in
person or by phone
- Keep delivery service vehicle and delivery area clean and organized while following principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Collaborated with management representative to communicate customer concerns. - Listened to, responded to and/or reported any customer service complaints.
- Ensure safe, accurate, timely, and efficient deliveries of products to our customers. - Ensure safe, accurate, timely, and efficient deliveries of products to our vendors.
- Receive, transfer and organize food supplies when delivered to kitchen facilities. - Collect or drop off full/empty containers pans for kitchen facilities on a daily basis.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on truck: fluid levels, lights, oil checks, tire pressure on a daily basis.
- Maintain a clean, neat appearance with fresh uniform and hair restraint daily.
- Ensure that all orders were correct before delivery.
- Communicate any order changes that were needed with the appropriate restaurant manager. - Deliver orders to businesses and homes in a timely manner in order to ensure quality.
