Desktop Support
- Inspecting functionality and connectivity of all company desktops.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as well as maintain safety protocols and validity of firewall and antiviruses.
- Ensure minimal downtime for desktops, networks, printers, and other office support devices.
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replace parts as required
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Support the roll-out of new applications
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
- Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Maintain updated charter/record of all company electronic and electric assets.
ERP Support
- Ensure upkeep of server rooms and network connectivity of different company locations.
- Familiarize with ERP infrastructure, reports, and charters.
- Analyzing existing infrastructure and performing IT system enhancements.
E-commerce Support
- Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable bulk packages.
- Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
- Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the rollout of website changes.
- Inspecting and uploading customers' product reviews.
- Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
- Teaming up with SEO Specialists to increase the online presence of our website.
