The Role
The Training Manager will promote the company's practice and standards through the use of targeted training activities. You will work closely with the operations and marketing teams to identify where focus on product knowledge and brand understanding will foster a strong brand identity. You will then assist the HR management and the Training Center team in coordinating training and development within the brand.
The Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of the staff
- Plan, provide, prepare training manuals and develop an annual training calendar
- Coordinate annual needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that needs to be addressed
- Prioritize and examine training areas of specific difficulty and improve the training process for those areas.
- Examine data regarding the success rate of both training programs and provide correction to the training programs that yield high product success rates.
- Demonstrate a continual commitment to improving and maintaining job performance skills of each member of a store team, including but not limited to management.
