The Role
The SeniorMarketing Manager will lead the challenge of sustaining Elevation Burger market position and expanding Elevation Burger market share. You will show your knowledge and expertise by developing and deploying marketing strategies and plans that sustain and maintain Elevation Burger’s lead position in the market. You will build and manage your marketing team that will professionally, efficiently, creatively, and effectively operate and run all marketing activities, which include but not limited to; brand image, internal and external communication, advertising, brand enhancement, social media management, and PR.
Responsibilities
- Develop a knowledge driven marketing strategy
- Translate marketing strategies into executive marketing plan
- Manage and assure execution of marketing plans
- Identify and recognize target markets
- Source and exploit marketing opportunities
- Effectively use and utilize online and digital marketing tools
- Conducts market research such as customer questionnaires, focus groups, and surveys
- Set and define KPIs to evaluate marketing strategies and activities
- Monitor and study market competitiveness
