The Role
The Senior Real Estate Manager has direct accountability for project delivery for the RE Dept. Your role will depend highly on your capability to organize and coordinate resources to execute projects efficiently.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Participate in drawings, designs, procurement & tendering processes, and other project detail plan as required.
- Work full-cycle on projects, conduct site visits throughout project run, and conduct financial follow-ups.
- Coordinate with third parties: designers, contractors, and other vendors within project scope.
- Monitor the project execution process on site to ensure delivery of the job within specified scope.
- Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines.
- Report status and variances and create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
- Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
- Other jobs as assigned.
