- • Conducting Application Orientation to business users as per approved request – Procurement / Inventory
- • Oracle Fusion Application administration – Application User, Reporting module Administration, Application Performance, Quarterly Upgrades of application, Timely clone of Production to test POD, Meeting with concern teams for the improvement of application, Approval hierarchy for SCM.
- • End to End Implementations- Procurement/ Inventory- Requirement Gathering, CRP Sessions, Solution Design, UAT, SLA detailed sessions, Manager Signoffs, Migration to Production.
- • Analysis of user requirements and provide appropriate solutions with user satisfaction.
- • End User Support: Troubleshooting the application issues via Remote sessions and guiding users to rectify mistakes.
- • Critical issues and resolution handled accordingly, if requires service request with oracle support will be raised with critical 1 and 24x7 to resolve the issue, Escalations will also be made in case of delay in response with support engineer. OWC sessions will be provided to support to understand the issues and provide action plan for resolutions
- • Enhancement request will also be raised with oracle for new feature to be implemented as per business requirements and follow up on the same.
- • To meet day to day requirement of the users, Master data records will be delivered as per the priority, only approved data is considered in designated Templates only.
- • Monthly Reconciliation process executed every month end for procurement module up on designated user’s request, support in reconciliation if requested.
- • OTBI Report Development for Procurement / Inventory, HCM upon user requirement and delivers to user with proper testing of first level of data, once user confirms the data report will be made available as confirmed.
- • Works on new features on test environment to improve application, once it is tested and analyzed, will be showcase to business manager internally once approved will discuss the same with functional managers and implement on production.
