Senior Officer, Training Administration prepares training material, assessment tests, schedule and coordinate internal and external training activities. The responsibilities includes:
1. Prepare the training schedules as per the training plan .
2. Post the training plan and programs to departments and set reminders on the Training schedules.
3. Check and update the employee attendance list and participant progress report.
4. Book and organize the class rooms as per the training schedules.
5. Document and post on the internal communication portals the training activities.
6. Coordinate external training activities with service providers, obtain quotations and training schedules and coordinate with external training attendees.
7. Add and Update employee training records.
8. Assist in the preparation of training materials in coordination with the trainers and instructors whenever required and submit for final review to the trainer.
9. Maintain the Library borrowing accurately.
10. Arrange and assure the availability of the monthly department operation consumable requirement at the efficient level and handle the petty cash custody accurately under the training manager supervision.
11. Coordinate with the training management the On Job training (Forms, coordination, etc. )
12. Independently translate the training materials for the various training activities and submit for final approval by the trainer.
13. Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
14. Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on the internal communication portals.
15. Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
16. Perform other duties as requested by management.
