Picker Activities :
- Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code to facilitate issuance whenever deemed necessary.
- Locate product in the warehouse using location forms to increase efficiency in retrieving items.
- Retrieve products from shelves and ensure product safety.
- Utilize racking systems and forklifts to pull order from shelves or stores.
- Place orders of pallets for shipping purposes in an organized manner.
- Load /unload shipments and using Forklifts, place shipments on racking systems in line with pick reports for work orders.
- Complete necessary paperwork while ensuring accuracy of data.
- Ensure a clean working area at all times.
- Track and maintain inventory safety at all times.
- Transport on Forklifts, pallets to loading docks and assist in unloading items.
- Perform maintenance of assembly tracks and forklifts on a periodic basis.
- Perform stocking duties and ensure restocking of each product retrieved from the inventory
- Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by Direct Manager.
