-Review all loan applications, verify completeness and accuracy of loan documentation that are necessary to make a credit decision.
-Ensure loans documents are in compliance with approved lending policies and procedures and that they are within regulatory requirements.
-Verify documents received, data processing on credit check and credit score and customer credit history.
-Perform necessary appraisals, proof of insurance, or inspections.
-Evaluates loan requests, analyze financial data, and determines qualification of collateral.
-Prepare loan review reports and credit memo for approval and sign-off.
-Maintain contact with loan customer, communicating progress of loan and obtaining any required documentation.
-Structure loan to comply with acceptable lending practices and regulations.
