- Develop competitive and flexible service packages that meets the new and inactive Fleet customer's needs and improve satisfactions through gathering information and customer feedback then analyze it to develop required actions.
- Build steady communication channels and a collaborative relationship between the service department and the Fleet sales department.
- Maintain relations with the customers and continuously collate feedback to improve the services provided.
- Regularly communicate with the Fleet department and to update customer's database & business type.
