ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(AFTER ERP IMPLEMENTATION)
Ability to understand both business & users’ needs and to convert into a workflow/ report.
Handle all CRM tickets.
Patch (update) testing, installation, and implementation.
Act as a project manager for the ERP project.
System Administration of ERP in a premises environment.
Lead various related IT projects to move towards a more integrated environment.
Extract and manipulate data from ERP for use by the business.
Create, edit, and maintain Crystal and SSRS Reports or any other server (SQL) reporting tools.
Lead end user training and become an in-house resource.
Handle code creation for items, ensure all mandatory fields are booked as per the creation manual.
Handle the authority matrix for users according to company polices set by management.
Suggest and improve data security measures.
Provide a routine reports for management showing progress and recommended improvements that could be done.
