- Answer the telephone calls, welcome & greet patients and visitors and issue queuing tickets.
- Schedule appointments and communicate guest scheduling changes.
- Receive & verify patients documents and register patients.
- Establish and maintain ongoing warm relations with the patients/visitors.
- Prepare and process insurance claims.
- Collect patients’ payments through cash, ATM cards, credit cards and issue receipts for funds received, refunds, return change due to patients.
- Receive patients complains and ensure complaints.
- Report incidents related to unsolved problems / complaints with clients to the Direct Supervisor.
- Develop, maintain and update patients’ files.
