• On a consistent basis, visit the offices of the customers and maintain contact in representation of principal, to promote principal products or to follow up tendering process or ongoing orders.
• Coordinate and organize meetings between Principal and customers for technical or commercial purposes, ambling participation and presentations in such meetings of Principal’s employees.
• When required by Principal, lead and perform technical or commercial pre- qualifications/ re- qualifications processes for the products.
• Assure regular flow of information about upcoming or ongoing tenders, prospective customers and customer’s business development plans.
• Follow up on the tendering process informing Principal about inquiries and tendering results.
• Follow up on the execution phase of the purchase order.
• Identifying new sales leads
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
• Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word of mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met the targets
• Attend to any future task identified / requested by Management.
