The Role:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the timely and effective delivery of all marketing programs and initiatives, collaborating closely with colleagues within the marketing and communications functions in order to operate within the guidelines of both Alshaya and your host brand. This is an exciting role with responsibility for artwork development, advertising, promotions, catalogues and magazines. You will also analyse market research, assist with category management and provide insight to the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have/be:
3-5 years direct experience in either in agency or corporate setting working within graphic arts including designing assets/ layouts/ technical solutionsCollege or university education within Graphic Art, Photography or a related field such as advertising. Adobe Photo Shop certification preferredKnowledge of various software packages including MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Desktop Publishing, QuarkXPress, Illustrator, Flash, Multimedia, Front Page, PDF, HTML, Macintosh based hardware/software systems and OS X.Be capable of designing web pages, e-commerce platforms. Working closely with e-commerce teamProduce design and product graphics, web logos, social media creatives- static/banner/ads/GIF/ video assets and landing page when requiredConceptualize visuals based on requirements and discuss ideas and outcomesEnsure final graphics and layouts are on brand company standardsMulti- discipline approachable to work across multiple media, print, digital and offline stores POS requirementsHave experience producing video contentKeen eye on detailsExcellent communications skillsA strong portfolio of digital design work and examples of animated banners/ assetsEffective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlinesWork cross- functionally with other teams and functions to ensure the efficient implementation of marketing activities are in placeEnsure deadlines for assigned projects are metTeam playerHTML knowledge is plusExcellent analytical skills
