We are looking for a competent reliable driver to manage online e-commerce store orders. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction with optimum delivery service.
Good communication and management skills are essential for this position. In addition, to effectively manage ecommerce store operations including order fulfillment, supplier pickups, and logistics coordination.
The applicant should have a valid driving license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations.
Resposibilities will include
Prepare and follow upcoming pickups and orders
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Follow up traffic conditions and weather reports and plan a route based on traffic conditions
Read and navigate electronic maps
Polite and professional communication with customers, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
Contacts customers to confirm delivery details.
Manage cash collection on delivery
Arrange regular vehicle cleaning and maintenance
Transport Team members
Maintains delivery logs and records.
