A reputable company in water proofing and thermal insulation field is looking for " Marketing and Sales Representative" to do the following :
- Target the private sector to sell company products and services.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
- Follow-up for collection of payment.
- Coordinate with the company staff to accomplish the work required to achieve sales target.
- Coordinate with the projects department to ensure proper execution of the contract items.
- Negotiate contract terms with internal and external partners.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Collaborates with the management to ensure proper support in proposal preparation, as well as contract negotiations and administration.
- Leads and organizes ongoing proposal meetings to identify and resolve problems and share information, when necessary.
- Explain terms and conditions to managers and related parties
- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
- Coordinate with the legal department as needed
- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met
