• Records business activities and prepares periodic financial statements that inform top management about the profit & lost in the company.• Monitors the financial progress of the operation, computes operating fixed and variable costs and compares such costs to budgets.• Provide variance analysis reports to top management.• Reports periodic financial statements to a company's finance manager and ensures that accounting procedures and systems are adequate and functional.• Constantly searching for ways to minimize the expenses incurred by the business.• Identifying areas of waste within the organization or seeking out saving solutions.• Monitor the expenditures of the various departments within a business to ensure that they are within their budgetary limits. • Reviewing cost reports prepared by managers and supervisors to make sure they are operating within their financial limits.• Monitor all banquet evens order and ensure the prices meets the prices set by managements.• Assist in the monthly inventories count.• Establish and maintain a database for the hotel's inventory STOCK including up-to-date pricing.• Ensure proper storage of all items.• Establish and maintain a cost allocation transfer system.
