Job Purpose: To ensures a company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals according to the FCPA and Anti-Bribery Act.
- Responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising management on possible risks.
- Ensure the effective implementation of compliance policies and programs.
- Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.
- Draft and revise company policies.
- Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.
- Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk.
- Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed.
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
- Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.
- Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
- Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.
- Educate and train employees on Compliance related process.
Authority:
- Provide the approval to Department related documents (procedure, JD, OC chart, Forms etc.
- Provide the preliminary approval to sponsorships, events, grants and donations
- Note : Shall be responsible to perform any task assigned by Senior Management other than the above mentioned (Special Projects)
