We are looking for a qualified Sales Manager (Safety Tools Field)
- • Carrying the Company product portfolio - Products, Sales (Safety Outfits/products and Tools), Services and Solutions
- • Implementation of strategies relating to the account plan/management
- • Designing and monitoring the Business Plan for revenue achievement on monthly/quarterly/annual basis• Help build plan based on proactive strategy execution
- • Managing potential opportunities and achieve sales closures
- • Accountable towards identifying, understanding customer needs and effectively act as a liaison between the customer and the Company operations
- • Identify business opportunities through understanding customer requirements, and their buying criteria, and identifying the appropriate company service solution
- • Understand and influence investment decisions, enhancing the company's ability to win new business with it key customers
- • Introduce appropriate experts to sales prospects To create and document account plans • Developing and expanding products, sales and services.
- • Prepare presentations, proposals and present them to C level
- • Follow sales process and produce sales reports in line with company guidelines and policies
- • Handover a successful sale to operations to enable a successful delivery
- • Solicit and provide feedback on wins and losses
- • Identify and maintain relationships with senior decision makers and influencers
- • Build Brand Awareness and enhance Company’s credibility in the Safety Outfits & Tools distribution and retailing industry
- • To assist marketing in deciding marketing strategies
- • Prepare sales proposals, weekly call and itinerary reports, sales presentations and demonstrations and maintain current knowledge of all the companies’ products.
- • Developing and implementing purchasing strategies, Managing daily purchasing activities.
- • Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- • Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
