Job Requirements:
- Work Along side the greater menu team to design quarterly menus that align market, customer, menu archive and company data and needs.
- Assist in market, competitive and customer satisfaction research to help direct the development and optimization of new meals and strategies.
- Work with brand, production, marketing and other internal departments on finished product design, including but not limited to launch strategy, menu design, copy writing, photography, etc.
- Managing implementation of new dishes into the ERP, following set limitations towards cost and nutritional facts as well as supervising data entry task related to any menu changes.
